8.1) Iranian Fisheries Company (IFC):

• Masterplan studies & Basic Designs for Kilka-Fishing along the Caspian Sea.

• Masterplan studies & Basic Designs for the Network of Fishing Ports along the Caspian Sea.

• Study, Masterplan Preparation, Design and Construction Supervision of all facilities for the Amirabad Industrial Fishing Port, located near Sari City in the Mazandaran Province (This is the main fishing port of Iran by the Caspian Sea).

• Study, Masterplan Preparation & Design of all facilities of the Talesh Industrial Fishing Port, for the site located at the Talesh City in the Gilan Province. Facilities include all breakwaters, piers, dredged basin, all standard utility and fishing port buildings.

• Study, Masterplan Preparation & Design of all facilities of the Roudsar Industrial Fishing Port, for the site located at the Roudsar City in the Gilan Province. Facilities include all breakwaters, piers, dredged basin, all standard utilities and fishing port buildings.

• Study, Masterplan Preparation, Design & Construction Supervision of all facilities of the Tang Fishing Port, located at Tang Creek, beside Chabahar & Pozm Bays, in the Sistan-Baluchestan Province. Facilities include piers, dredged basin, and all standard utilities (suitable for small to medium sized fishing launches and small boats). A specialized coastal engineering compendium was prepared prior to finalizing the dredging detailed design drawings, as the rare inlet migration phenomenon once every about eight years has been exhibited at this macro-tidal inlet, influenced both by the tidal currents inside the inlet as well as the wave climate outside.

• Study, Masterplan Preparation, Design & Construction Supervision of all facilities of the Azini Fishing Port, located at Azini Creek, nearby the Minab City, in the Hormozgan Province. Facilities include piers, dredged basin, and all standard utilities (suitable for small to medium sized fishing launches and small boats).


8.2) Jihad Deputy for Civil Works:

• River Hydrological Study & modeling, Basic & Detailed Designs, Estimation and Tender Documents preparations for the Helsam large-span bridge in the Ilam Province.

• River Hydrological Study & modeling, Basic & Detailed Designs, Estimation and Tender Documents preparations for the Gharangu large-span bridge, over the Gharangu-Chay River, in the Eastern Azarbayejan Province.

• River Hydrological Study & modeling, Basic & Detailed Designs, Estimation and Tender Documents preparations for the Kani-Gozale large-span bridge in the Western Azarbayejan Province.

3.1) National Petrochemical Company (NPC):

• All Management Consultancy, preparation of Basic Designs and International EPC Tender Documents, Tender Evaluations, review of Detailed Design by the Contractor, and Construction Supervision services required for the Pars Petrochemical Port, located at Asalueh region in the Bushehr province to annually export up to 30 million tons of normal liquid, cryogenic, solid bulk, break-bulk and containerized cargo. This groundbreaking project has demonstrated the capabilities available inside Iran -and of particular at DBC- in two fronts: Major design challenges had to be met for this project where the main breakwater extends mostly in water depths of up to 35 (m) with respect to chart datum (The deepest breakwaters by far inside Iran and one of the deepest in the whole world). With respect to construction, combining sea-borne and land-based operations, operational records in many domains of this project, for example, up to the record rate of 15,000 (cu m) of rock placement on a daily basis was reached under DBC's Project Management. Gravity block-type quay-wall and pile-and-deck type of piers constitute the 15 berths of this port. Port buildings including a landmark port tower can also be mentioned. Quantitative Risk Analysis for the export of LPG, Navigation Simulation, and Breakwater 3D Physical Modeling were performed in association with our expatriate partners.

9.1) Pars Special Economic Energy Zone (PSEEZ):

• Study, Masterplan preparation, Basic Design, Tender Documents Preparation and Tender Assessment provided for the Pars Service Port, located beside the Pars Petrochemical Port along the PSEEZ coastlines, and planned to have an annual throughput of up to approximately 20 million tons. Moreover, DBC provided Detailed Design Review and Construction Supervision Services for the Caisson-type Gravity Quay-wall berths and the Rubble-Mound breakwaters as well as the international Dredging Tender Documents.

9.2) Chabahar Free Trade Zone (CHFTZ):

• Study, Masterplan Preparation and Advanced Basic Designs for Construction of a new Port Complex as well as a Marine Industrial Centre along the CHFTZ coastline, opposite to Zone No.6 of CHFTZ and nearby the Shaheed Beheshti Port in the Chabahar Bay.

9.3) Anzali Special Economic Zone (ANSEZ):

• Study, Masterplan Preparation, and Basic Designs for the Coastal Zone Development project of ANSEZ nearby the Anzali Port by the Caspian Sea.

9.4) Amirabad Special Economic Zone (AMSEZ):

• Specialized Studies, Masterplan Preparation, Basic & Detailed Design and Construction Supervision for a no. of AMSEZ projects, including the Coastal Protection of the Industrial 3 (km) which experiences accelerated Coastal Erosion due to the interference of the constructed breakwaters with the longshore sediment transport regime; and also landscaping and buildings. The Complete Design and Supervision of AMSEZ Container Terminal is another one of projects in this category.


9.5) Kish Touristic Free Trade Zone (KTFTZ):

• Review of the Masterplan and all Basic and Detailed Designs pertaining to the second phase of developments for the Kish Commercial Port, located at the Kish Island. Facilities include breakwaters, container and general cargo terminals, oil piers, control tower and port buildings and so-on. Moreover, the Preparation of Basic & Detailed Designs for the third phase of Kish Commercial Port Development Plans exemplifies other tasks related to this project.
